Dan is a licensed respiratory therapist. He has held various management positions in Philadelphia area hospitals. Dan is committed to providing the safest care for babies and the highest level of service for our customers.

Robert adds energy and enthusiasm for our expanding product line. He has a distinguished history of medical device design and development in the neonatal respiratory space. He has experience and success traveling the road from product concept to market.

Robert was a founder of Airways Development in 2001 and managed it until 2016 when it was acquired by Westmed Inc. He has 19 patents and counting, with a history of being a team member on 510(k) premarket submissions to the FDA.

Jen has worked for over 15 years in Sales and Marketing, but has most loved her time spent with clinicians in NICUs across the United States. These collaborative opportunities help DRW continue to create products that meet the needs of both hospital staff and patients, and improve the quality of patient care for everyone’s benefit.

Fredda has worked as an Operations Manager for over 10 years. Along with coordinating administrative services, her responsibilities include overseeing the day to day activities of the Customer Service department with a goal to ensure delivery of excellent support and services to each of our customers.

Mohamed Abu Zitoon is a pharmacist with more than 20 years of experience in neonatal intensive care (NICU), specializing in neonatal respiratory care, including non-invasive ventilation, CPAP, and high-flow therapy. As DRW Medical’s director of sales for the Middle East and Africa, he works closely with distributors, clinicians, and key opinion leaders to expand access to innovative neonatal technologies, providing commercial support, product training, and clinical education to improve patient care across the region.

Dr. Victor Valdes has built a highly specialized medical career combining advanced respiratory mechanics, critical care medicine, and international aviation medicine. His diverse background bridges the gap between technical cardiopulmonary life support and high-stakes emergency transport. He has authored several papers and has been a co-author in Telerobotic Surgery. He was the Program Manager at Yale University for Telemedicine, Telesurgery, and Distance Education. While at Yale University, he completed several telemedicine missions in the Caribbean, Central and South America. Some were featured on the Discovery Health Channel.
